< MeOwstache COffee >

Meowstache Coffee is a quick game where you must serve coffee and other hot drinks to cute little cats, dogs, and Tanuki. But the more customers you serve, the more complicated their requests and the more impatient they'll become. Also, keep an eye on your coffee stocks, so you don't run out, and keep an eye on your bill to avoid closure.

 

The game was created in September 2022 during the GAMEWEEK event (week-long game jam) organized by ISART Digital. We have won the Audience Award for Best Soundtrack.

As lead GD with a major time constraint (4 days of production), this document is a version of a "light" game concept document done quickly to describe the gameplay more precisely and give the rest of the team the idea for the game. I used the layout of a document from a personal project to produce this document easily, and it's a document mainly intended for the team and the production of the project. It was also accompanied by a 'light' eco-GD to define stock and earnings management in the game. So it's a succinct-automated table for finding balanced values that I was able to give to the GDP (Game Design & Programming Section) in charge of stock programming.

Eco GD Meowstache Coffee

To help the gameplay programmers, I was in charge of integrating and scripting the game's UI. I was working in tandem with a UI artist, and we were constantly exchanging ideas on integrating, improving, and testing the UI. Also, to help my fellow artists who were busy creating the game's charas and props, I animated the menus and UI using the Unity built-in tools.
